Return Window You may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
• Returns are accepted for most products (excluding final sale items – check product page).
• All returns are subject to inspection.

How to Return

1. Contact us at info@litaliano.shop within 30 days to start the process.
2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (for Mexico/USA orders).
3. Pack the item securely in original packaging.
4. Drop off with the carrier – tracking provided.

Refund Process Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged).

International Returns For orders outside Mexico/USA, return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds exclude original shipping costs.
